Judith was born in Illinois and began her training at the famous Art Institute of Chicago at the age of 5. She went every week for art classes and continued studying throughout her childhood. Her parents encouraged her, both being musicians. As a young woman she moved to the Southwest where she attended Arizona State University, and earned her BFA. Judith discovered
