The right play is going to depend on the matchup (if they're a very fast deck it could be right to block), your hand (if your next play is a Ghoulraiser and your creature is instead a Walking Corpse, it is excellent to block), and your tribe along with your deck
Vintage Base Set: check the cheeks
Its the most straightforward of the four decks, but thats exactly its strength play creatures, equip them, attack is a tried-and-true Commander game plan, and Captain Americas snowballing counters reward going wide with Heroes in a way thats both powerful and easy to pilot
Lorcana Rise of the Floodborn sapphire cards Alice, Growing Girl Winnie the Pooh, Having a Think Mrs Judson, Housekeeper Cogsworth, Grandfather Clock Cruella De Vil, Perfectly Wretched Gaston, Intellectual Powerhouse Grand Pabbie, Oldest and Wisest People who enjoy a nice mixture of both old and new Disney will find a lot to love in Rise of the Floodborns sapphire cards, including references to 101 Dalmatians, Alice in Wonderland and The Great Mouse Detective, as well as more modern fare such as Frozen and Zootropolis (known as Zootopia in the US)
The jurys still out on how viable that strategy will be, but I expect a lot of people will be trying it out hard to tell from the limited options in this deck though
