The Thule T-Track Adapter 889-1 is required to allow this bike rack to fit directly in the t-track (30 x 24 mm) of some BMW and Renault original load bars

Simply fit the uprights to your roof bars and use the bars to support the loading of a kayak on it's edge

the crate also has a window and openings

The 697-6 adapter kit is sized for a 20 mm T-track width
